AEO Media Package Terms & Conditions

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Media Package

Provided by Home Service Web Design, Inc.


1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting the first payment for the AEO Package, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


2. Service Overview

The AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Package is a month-to-month content marketing and optimization service provided by Home Service Web Design, Inc. designed to improve online visibility through consistent publishing of written and video content.


Services include:

  • Creation and publishing of approximately 20-30 blog posts per month
  • Creation and publishing of approximately 4–6 short-form videos per week (e.g., YouTube Shorts)
  • Strategic topic selection based on SEO and AEO best practices
  • Ongoing content management and publishing to the client's website and associated platforms 


3. Content Strategy & Execution

  • All content topics, titles, and formats are determined by Home Service Web Design, Inc.
  • Blog and video content are aligned to support search visibility and answer-based queries
  • Video content may be derived from blog content for consistency and efficiency


4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide necessary access to their website, CMS, and relevant platforms (e.g., YouTube)
  • Maintain active accounts required for publishing
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests for access or information 

Failure to provide access or timely communication may delay delivery.


5. Content Ownership

  • The client retains full ownership of all published content (blogs and videos)
  • Upon cancellation, all published content will remain with the client, but will need to be transferred to their new website manually if your website subscription is canceled with us as this package works in conjunction with our website subscription.
  • Home Service Web Design, Inc. reserves the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes


6. Billing & Payment Terms

  • This service is billed on a monthly subscription basis
  • Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle
  • Services may be paused or withheld if payment is not received


7. Cancellation Policy

  • This is a month-to-month service with no long-term contract
  • Clients may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or completed work


8. Scope of Work

  • Services are limited to the deliverables outlined in Section 2
  • Any requests outside of scope may require additional fees
  • Home Service Web Design, Inc. retains full control over execution to ensure consistency, efficiency, and performance


9. Performance Disclaimer

  • No guarantees are made regarding rankings, traffic, leads, or specific performance outcomes
  • Results may vary based on competition, industry, and external platform factors


10. Platform Dependency

  • Services rely on third-party platforms (e.g., search engines, YouTube, CMS platforms and Answer Engines) 
  • Home Service Web Design, Inc. is not responsible for changes in algorithms, outages, or policy changes that affect performance


11. Modifications to Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified as the service evolves
  • Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
  • No pricing changes will be made without prior notice to the client


12. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Home Service Web Design, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment
  • Failure to provide required access
  • Abusive or uncooperative behavior
